After years of trying to change myself through willpower, discipline, and being hard on myself, I hit a wall.
I was doing everything I was “supposed” to do, and still felt stuck and would get pulled back into the same old patterns.
Then I experienced and trained in Integrative Change Work and hypnosis. A neuroscience-backed change modality that works at the level where habits, fear, identity, motivation, and pressure actually live in the body and nervous system.
Instead of attempting change through the logical/conscious mind, I learned how to radically and quickly shift the patterns underneath through the unconscious.
