Thoughts that made me feel helpless and was getting to the point of just ‘accepting’ as is.
Until I learned how to (almost instantaneously) change my brain and create safety in my body while training with Melissa Tiers.

Everything we think, feel, and do are habits that are all changeable. Not through the logical, conscious mind but the unconscious mind.
Our everyday experience gets so much less intense, scary, helpless, overwhelming when you know how to change.
When you integrate the internal parts saying opposite things. When the past and future loses their power. When you take into account the complexity of generations, systems, and relationships.
Hypnosis and integrative change work did this for me, and be able to help people actually change whatever they want - a thought, a habit, a feeling, a behavior- is real power and agency.
