These terms are a real agreement between you and Becca Rich ("I," "me," "my"). Please read them before you buy, use, or access anything on this website, including all courses and programs. By using the site or buying from me, you agree to these terms.

1. The basics
This website is owned and run by Becca Rich. In these terms, "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys, signs up for, or uses my online courses, programs, or related materials (together, the "Offerings").
You must be at least 16 to use this website. You must be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live, to purchase or access an Offering. If I find out a minor has purchased or accessed an Offering, I may end their access.
I take reasonable care to keep the site running well, but I can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or secure. You use the site at your own risk.
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "last updated" date above. If you keep using the site or Offerings after an update, that means you accept the new version.
2. How you can use my content
Everything on this site and in my Offerings belongs to me (or is used with permission). That includes text, lessons, videos, worksheets, templates, graphics, logos, names, and the look and feel of the site.
When you purchase an Offering, I give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access it and use it for yourself. That license is for your own use only, and I can revoke it if these terms are broken.
You may:
Access the Offering you paid for and use it in your own life and work.
Download or print materials for your own personal use.
Share a short quote or screenshot with clear credit to me and a link back to my site. Please don't share whole lessons or materials.
If other people on your team need access, each person needs their own purchase.
You may not:
Resell, trade, or share your access with anyone else.
Copy, republish, or distribute my materials, in whole or in part.
Pass off my materials as your own, or edit and re-release them as your own work.
Use my trademarks, names, or branding without my written permission.
Use the Offerings for anything unlawful.

If these rules are broken, I'll start by reaching out to resolve it. If that doesn't work, I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my work.
3. Things you share with me
If you send me a comment, testimonial, photo, or other material, you're giving me permission to share it on my website, social media, and marketing, with a reasonable amount of credit. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me when you send it and I'll respect that.
Please only send me things you have the right to share, and nothing that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
Messages sent through the website contact form or newsletter sign-up are not treated as confidential. If we have a separate client agreement (for example, for consulting work), the confidentiality terms in that agreement apply instead. 4. Your account and payments
Offerings are delivered through Teachery. Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details. By paying through Stripe and using Teachery, you also agree to their terms, and any issues with how they handle your payment or data are between you and them.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens through your account.
5. Refunds
Because you get access to my Offerings right away and can download or use the materials immediately, all sales are final and I don't offer refunds, including for a change of mind or circumstances. Please read the course description carefully and email me with any questions before you buy.
6. Payment plans
Payment plans exist to make my Offerings more accessible. If you choose a payment plan, you're agreeing to pay the full price of the Offering, in all of the scheduled payments, on time.
If a payment fails, you'll get an automatic email, and the system will try again a few times over the following days. If the payment still doesn't go through, I may pause or end your access until the balance is paid. You remain responsible for the full outstanding balance. Before I take any further steps to collect an unpaid balance, I'll contact you and give you a reasonable chance to sort it out.
7. Chargebacks
If there's a problem with a charge, please email me first at hello@beccarich.com so we can try to fix it together. If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting me, I may end your access to the Offering and any bonuses, and I may share proof of your purchase, your access, and these terms with your bank.
8. Ending access
You can stop using an Offering at any time by emailing me. Ending your access doesn't cancel what you owe: if you're on a payment plan, the remaining balance stays due.
I may end or limit your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing your login or my materials, or by harassing others. When it's reasonable to do so, I'll let you know why first.
9. Respectful behavior
I ask everyone who interacts with my Offerings, emails, and social channels to be respectful. Honest feedback is always welcome, and I'd rather hear concerns directly so I can address them. Harassment, abuse, or knowingly false statements may lead to removal from an Offering.
10. Not professional advice
My website and Offerings are for education and information only. I am not providing medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here replaces a licensed professional. Please talk to a qualified professional about your specific situation before making important decisions.
11. No guarantees
Results vary from person to person. Stories and testimonials I share are examples, not promises of what you'll experience. Your outcomes depend on many things outside my control, including your effort, circumstances, and choices. I can't guarantee any particular result, and you take responsibility for what you choose to do with what you learn.
I work to keep my content accurate and current, but I can't promise it's always complete or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, I'd appreciate a heads up at hello@beccarich.com.
The website and Offerings are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Limits on my liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions, arising from your use of the website or Offerings. I'm also not responsible for problems caused by third-party platforms such as Teachery or Stripe. If I'm found liable for anything, my total responsibility to you won't exceed the amount you paid me for the Offering involved.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that can't be limited under the law.
13. Affiliate links
Some links on my site or in my materials may be affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. I only share things I think are worth sharing, but your purchases are your own decision.
14. Resolving disagreements
If we have a disagreement, please contact me first at hello@beccarich.com and let's try to work it out in good faith. If we can't, we agree to try mediation before either of us goes to court.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved through the steps above will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
16. The fine print
Entire agreement: These terms and my Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the website and Offerings.
If part is unenforceable: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Rights reserved: Anything not expressly granted to you here stays with me.
