2019-2025 Archival Note:
This is an archive of my body of work (blog and Not Too Productive podcast) from 2019 to 2025.
As much as I’ve wanted to toss it all in the trash, I believe it matters to show the ideas and experiments that carried me to this moment, and to mark how things, and we, change.
Through my years as The Holistic Time Coach, I’ve learned so much. One of the biggest: people don’t actually need to be more productive or manage their time in isolated silos. The truth is, the system we live in is broken, and what we need is a radical new approach to time.
You can find and follow along with my most recent, more congruent work here.
If you see something here that you disagree with, I may… probably… agree with you. That’s part of why I’m archiving it.
How can I align my schedule with the changing seasons?
In this episode, I explore the importance of slowing down and attuning to the changing seasons, especially in winter. This practice helps create a schedule that honors who you truly are, aligning with your unique energy and needs.
Should I opt-out of the traditional new year?
In this episode, I discuss how you can opt-out of the traditional January 1st new year and instead create your own starting point—based on your birth chart or your business's chart.
This approach allows you to set intentions that honor your values, natural rhythms, and inner truth. It’s all about rejecting external pressures and connecting to a way of living that nourishes your well-being.
How can I live cyclically?
In this episode, I share the 4 key principles of living cyclically that can help anyone, no matter their brain, responsibilities, or lifestyle.
These principles are vital for creatives, neurodivergent individuals, overthinkers, and anyone looking to break free from linear, capitalist time management.
What magic could be waiting for me when I take time off?
In this episode, I share the magic I discovered during my time away in the cave and how it has reignited my creativity and focus.
I’m easing back into things, and I’m also giving you a sneak peek into the four mini-courses I’m creating over the next month. Tune in to hear about the magic of slowing down and how you can make space for creativity in your life.
Is taking a "cave" moment might be exactly what I need right now?
It’s my birthday, and I’m taking a break—a "cave" moment—no inbox, no social media, and no content creation.
In this episode, I explain why stepping away, even when it feels uncomfortable or like "unproductive" time, is important for recharging and clarity. If you’ve ever wondered how to honor yourself when you need space, this episode is for you.
