The world is a dumpster fire.

How do we survive systems that were never built for us?

How do we live ethically inside structures we can’t fully opt out of?

How do we care deeply without burning out or collapsing into despair?

How do we stay engaged without letting the news cycle hijack our nervous system?

How do we stop reenacting harm inside ourselves?

You understand the system.

You’ve read the books.

You’ve critiqued the culture.

And still — you feel guilty resting.  You still overwork. You still measure yourself by output. You still override your limits

That’s not hypocrisy. That’s conditioning.

This is where we get curious instead of self-critical.

Together, we can look at where capitalism, patriarchy, ableism, and linear success models still live in your body, work, and relationships.

We experiment with making new choices that align with the world you say you want. Like resting without guilt, saying no, speaking up, letting your softness be strength.

Practice (imperfectly!) living your politics in your body and ordinary every day life.
